1. Publisher
Minta Tracker is a GPS fleet management SaaS platform published by Minta Tracker, a Moroccan company.

Hosting: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), data centres in the EU and Morocco.
2. Access & Eligibility
Minta Tracker is a professional service reserved for registered businesses and their authorized representatives.
You may not share credentials or allow unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
ICTOM may suspend accounts for abuse, non-payment, or material breach of these terms, with prior notice where possible.
3. Data Ownership
Your fleet data (GPS positions, telemetry, alerts) belongs to you. ICTOM processes it solely to deliver the Minta Tracker service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of device installations and vehicle registrations in the platform.
4. Data Retention
- Raw GPS positions: 90 days, then automatically and permanently deleted.
- Alert event history: 12 months, then automatically deleted.
- Account and user data: for the active contract duration + 30 days after termination (to allow data export).
5. Service Levels
ICTOM targets 99.5% platform uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance windows announced at least 24 hours in advance.
GPS accuracy depends on hardware, terrain, and satellite coverage. ICTOM is not liable for navigation or operational decisions based on GPS data.
ICTOM is not liable for losses resulting from fleet incidents that were detected, not detected, or misinterpreted through the platform.
6. Termination & Export
You may cancel at any time. Data will be deleted within 30 days of termination.
A full data export (CSV/JSON) can be requested before the 30-day window closes.
ICTOM may terminate service for non-payment with 14 days written notice.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
