2. Data We Collect
Via the SaaS platform (dashboard):
- GPS positions: latitude, longitude, speed, heading, timestamp
- Device telemetry: fuel level, battery, engine status, I/O signals
- Alert events: speeding, geofence crossings, hardware alarms
- Account data: company name, user full names, email addresses
- Security logs: login timestamps, IP addresses (security audit only)
Via this website (mintatracker.ma):
- Browsing behaviour measured by TikTok Pixel (ID: D76PP2RC77UCBSL4SNGG) for ad campaign measurement
- Conversion events measured by Google Ads Tag (ID: AW-11551510636)
- These tracking tools are active only on the marketing website — not in the fleet management dashboard
3. Legal Basis
- Contract — GPS tracking and telemetry are the core service you subscribed to
- Legitimate interest — alert events and fleet safety monitoring
- Consent — analytics features and driver scoring (collected at first login)
- Legitimate interest — ad campaign performance measurement via TikTok Pixel and Google Ads (website only)
4. Retention Periods
- Raw GPS positions: 90 days, then permanently deleted
- Alert events: 12 months, then permanently deleted
- Account / user data: active contract duration + 30 days after termination
- Expired session tokens: purged daily
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertising networks, data brokers, or third parties for commercial purposes.
Data is processed only by:
- Google Cloud Platform — infrastructure hosting (EU/Morocco data centres)
- SMTP provider — delivery of email alerts you configured
- Minta Tracker / ICTOM engineering team — support and incident response (access logged)
- TikTok and Google Ads — campaign measurement on the marketing website only
6. Your Rights (CNDP / Law 09-08)
Under Moroccan law n° 09-08 and GDPR-equivalent principles, you have the right to:
- Access — request a full export of your data at any time
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Portability — receive your data in CSV or JSON format
- Objection — opt out of analytics/driver scoring without losing core tracking

7. Cookies
SaaS app: one httpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Strict session cookie for authentication only. No advertising cookies.
Marketing website (mintatracker.ma): TikTok Pixel and Google Ads measurement cookies (see section 2). You can disable these via your browser settings.
